How long does it take to process my order?

We usually process orders within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

What shipping options do you offer?

Right now, we ship within the United States through USPS. You can choose:

  • About 5-7 business days after processing
  • About 3-5 business days after processing

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it’s headed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We’re taking it one step at a time so we can do it right, but it’s on our roadmap.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Email us ASAP at contact@infatuationcosmetics.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it’s already out the door, we can’t change the address and aren’t responsible for lost packages, so double-check before you check out.

My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t have my package.

Start by checking your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave items in safe spots. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll help you investigate, but please note that once a package is marked delivered, we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items.

What if my order arrives damaged or something’s missing?

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll review the issue and work with the courier to figure it out. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement or issue store credit.

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?

Orders are processed quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once submitted. If you need to update something, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

Products & Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Do you test products before selling them?

Yes! Every product goes through our quality checks, and many are personally tested by us before launch. We only sell products we truly believe in.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

All of our products are cruelty-free, and most are vegan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Easy and secure!

Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely! Our checkout is powered by trusted providers that keep your information safe.

Can I use more than one payment method on my order?

At this time, only one payment method can be used per order.

Will I get a receipt for my purchase?

Yes! An order confirmation will be emailed to you right after checkout.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! With Shop Pay Installments, you can split your order into manageable payments at checkout.

What's your response time?

We usually respond within 1-3 business days. During busy times (like launches or holidays), it may take little longer, but we promise we'll never leave you hanging.

Can I message you on social media for help?

We love connecting on socials, but order issues and customer support must go through email so we can keep track of everything properly.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Not right now. We're an online-only brand! Keep an eye on our socials for any future updates.

Do you offer phone support?

No phone calls. All support is handled through email or text so we can keep everything organized and reply faster.
