This is the first time I’m doing one of these. Think of it like a check‑in or a voice note that I didn’t really feel like recording. Either way, thanks for being here.

Lately I’ve been carrying this weird mix of pressure and exhaustion. Like, I want to do all the things… but also, I don’t. And then I feel guilty for not doing them. And then I’m even more tired.

I know I’m not lazy. I know I care. But my brain keeps flipping between “you’re running out of time” and “you deserve a break.” And really? Neither is wrong.

So I’m trying to be honest with myself about that without spiraling. Some days, thats slowing down, letting myself rest. Even something as small as applying balm and being still for five minutes feels like a reset button.
